Appointments: The Bookings App allows you to schedule appointments with IT Support Services. Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by IT Support Services at any time.
Payment: Some services offered through the Bookings App may require payment. Payment information is processed through a third-party payment processor and is subject to their terms and conditions. SBS MSP reserves the right to modify the pricing of services at any time.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No Guarantee of Service: SBS MSP makes no guarantee of the availability or quality of service through the Bookings App. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Intellectual Property: The Bookings App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by SBS MSP. You may not use or reproduce any content from the Bookings App without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Liability: SBS MSP shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Bookings App or the services provided through the App. You agree to indemnify and hold IT Support Services harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the App.
Modification of Terms: SBS MSP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the Bookings App, you agree to be bound by any such modifications.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from the use of the Bookings App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Massachusetts.
By using the Bookings App on the SBS MSP website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use the Bookings App.
